Compositions

This section contains a collection of compositions produced by ForestSounds Studio. Most of it is composed for solo acoustic guitar. Future releases will include piano compositions and arrangements for more instruments. All of them are free: you can print the sheet music and study the pieces yourself. As a studio, we're really proud of this! That's why we call it 'Open Source Acoustic Guitar Music'. We think it's music as it should be.

Recordings

Music recorded in the ForestSounds Studio is as available as possible. Most of it is free, some of it is for sale, be it at a very low price. Everything there is to know about the music is available: there are no secrets. Sheet music of all recordings are made available for free, so eveyone interested in playing the music themselves can do so. That's why we call it 'Open Source Acoustic Guitar Music'. We think it's music as it should be.

Project New CD

Gerard Slooven started working on his second CD in december 2006. This section of the site tells you everything about this project. Well, everything that's ready to leak out, that is. Beware that this is a project in the making: a lot can and will change between this moment and the eventual release date of the CD.
